What will you do?
As a Deal Strategist, you will partner directly with CEOs to raise capital for their private market deals via Reg CF and Reg D special purpose vehicles. You will own the end-to-end strategy and operations for your deals.
- Lead calls with founders and manage deal performance analysis and reporting
- Create compelling investor narratives and write persuasive copy
- Build investor pipelines and funnels and manage the creation of investor decks, updates, email campaigns, pitches, and webinar presentations
- Develop and execute multi-channel fundraising campaigns to reach prospective investors online
- Oversee strategic relationships with Reg CF and Reg D investment platforms
- Design and implement scalable systems and tools to enhance fundraising outcomes
What are we looking for?
- 5-7+ years of relevant experience raising capital for, or deploying capital to, startups
- Experience in a marketing or sales role, or as a founder
- Executive presence with a communication style that is clear, concise, and persuasive
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced and deadline-driven startup environment
- Detail-oriented organizational skills; experience managing many stakeholders and projects at once
- Proficiency in Claude, Google Workspace, Asana, Zoom, Slack, email service providers, Figma, Canva
- Strong record of professional and/or personal achievement
What experience would be an added bonus?
- Business degree, especially an MBA
- Strong storytelling skills
